TIMING & BREAKS

• Bands will typically play 45-minutes on, 15-minute off; last set can be 60-minutes
• Add Time: $200 per musician + $200 for sound team per additional hour (maximum performance times vary by artist)
• For shorter intervals, simply prorate the $200 hourly rate

AUDIO & LIGHTING PACKAGE

Bands automatically include this standard package (unless otherwise stated)

• Quality sound system for up to 500 guests with labor and tech support
• Stage wash lighting (to light up the band)
• Wireless microphone available for speeches
• MP3 music included during breaks

AUDIO & LIGHTING UPGRADES

Available when you book our standard package

Satellite Speakers: $150 per satellite speaker (larger events spaces)
• 10 Uplights: $350
• 20 Uplights: $600
• Dance Floor Lighting Available
• For larger production needs, or audiences greater than 500 ppl, we can provide you with a custom quote.

A/V DISCOUNTS

If you hired a separate audio/visual or production company to provide and run audio

3-4 PIECE BAND
• Los Angeles County: $900 for 3 hr event | $1,000 for 4 hr event
• Orange, Ventura Counties: $1,000 for 3 hr event | $1,100 for 4 hr event
• San Diego, Santa Barbara, Riverside Counties: $1,100 for 3 hr event | $1,200 for 4 hr event

5-12 PIECE BAND
• Los Angeles County: $1,200 for 3 hr event | $1,400 for 4 hr event
• Orange, Ventura Counties: $1,300 for 3 hr event | $1,500 for 4 hr event
• San Diego, Santa Barbara, Riverside Counties: $1,400 for 3 hr event | $1,600 for 4 hr event


MUSICIANS

• Musician-provided sound system for up to 150 guests (may work for larger guests counts if just providing background music)
• Larger sound systems available for up to 500 guests (see “A/V Upgrades” below)
• General liability insurance and all travel fees/taxes

AUDIO UPGRADES

LARGE SOUND SYSTEM (up to 500 guests)
Los Angeles County: $900
• Orange, Ventura Counties: $1,000
• San Diego, Santa Barbara, Riverside Counties: $1,100
• For larger production needs, or audiences greater than 500 ppl, we can provide you with a custom quote.


DJ + LIVE

*Solo DJs or DJ + Live Musician groups

TIMING & BREAKS

• DJ will play continuously, unless the event is over 3 hours in duration, in which case meal breaks will be required.
• Musicians will typically play 45-minutes on, 15-minute off; last set can be 60-minutes
• Add Time: $200 per hour for DJ; $200 per hour for musicians (please request custom quote for events longer than 5 hours)
• For shorter intervals, simply prorate the $200 hourly rate

AUDIO PACKAGE

DJs automatically include this standard package (unless otherwise stated)

• DJ sound system for up to 200 guests
• Larger sound systems available for up to 500 guests (see “A/V Upgrades” below)
• General liability insurance and all travel fees/taxes
