What is the planning process leading up to the big day?

Not only do we want to help you personalize your celebration, but we also want to be one of the easiest vendors you work with. After booking, we will send you an exclusive Client Portal with your planning documents. Here, you can share your special song requests and any other important information to help our musicians prepare. Throughout the planning process, one of our friendly talent coordinators will be here to guide you each step of the way!

How many songs requests can we make?

We include several special song requests for your wedding so that your memorable moments feel even more personalized. For your ceremony, our musicians can prepare 3 special song requests (processional, entrance, and recessional songs). For your dinner, your musicians can prepare a special musical arrangement for your first dance. For string ensembles, we will send you a master song list of the music our musicians can perform, and you are welcome to select special requests from this list. For special song requests not on our string ensembles master list, we charge a preparation fee to have custom music arranged.

What are your rider requirements?

We aren't looking for anything lavish! Just the basics. We ask for drinking water to be available to our musicians, and we also ask that parking is made available for our crew members. Importantly, we request access to reliable, dedicated power. Feel free to put us in touch with your venue so we can talk with them about electrical needs directly. You can review our Rider Requirements here.

What are your technical requirements?

We ask for access to reliable power sources for each sound system setup. 1-2 20-amp dedicated circuits for each set up works great in most cases. Feel free to put us in touch with your venue so we can discuss electrical needs with them directly!

When are the deposit and balance payments due?

We ask for a 50% deposit up front to hold the date. The remaining 50% is due no later than 1 week before the big day.
